Today I learned about the extremely old version of bash that is included in macOS - it’s from 2007!
With all the security exploits going around you would imagine that a version of bash that is over 10 years old would raise some flags.
First question is though: how many people actually use Terminal or bash on their macOS system? Second: how many people use Terminal but have replaced bash?
Personally I use iTerm2 and zsh with Oh My Zsh.
